  • STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR PIPING

    What is piping: Piping on a cushion is the thin fabric tubing that goes around the edges of the cushions. Piping is somewhat like a fine/small pipe that is around all the joins/ edges. It can provide a premium look and can be made in difference colours to provide a contrast. If that seems daunting you may like to know that most cushions use the same fabric on the piping as they do for the cushion.

  • STEP 3: CHOOSE YOUR FILLS

    Please select your filling.

    This is a no brainer, we don’t charge extra for quick drying foam so we’d suggest you pick it. Regular foam
    tends to go mouldy if it gets wet and isn’t in the sunlight. Quick drying foam is open cell foam allows the water
    to pass through quickly.

    Furniture Foam: High density comfortable furniture foam for alfresco or indoor cushions.
    Quick Dry Foam: Quick dry outdoor foam for an all-weather cushion.

  • STEP 4: CHOOSE YOUR TIES

    Please select whether you would like ties or not.

    Ties on bench cushions are usually ordered with ties. Ties prevents the cushions from sliding around or falling off the the furniture. The 2 ties are positioned on each of the 4 corners.

  • STEP 5: MEASUREMENTS

    Pro Tip: To prevent your bench from moving around select ties. 2 ties  30cm long will be sewn into each corner.

How To Measure For A Custom Made Bench Cushion

No skill is required to measure up for a bench cushion, not even one with curved edges.

  1. Measurement A: Input the ideal thickness you’d like the bench cushion in cm’s 
  2. Measurement B: Measure the overall depth of cushion at the widest point. 
  3. Measurement D: Measure the total length
  4. Measurement C: Measure all 3 sides as shown in RED. See HOW TO MEASURE.

Pro Tip: 5 – 7cm is the most popular thickness.
