  • STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR PIPING

    What is piping: Piping on a cushion is the thin fabric tubing that goes around the edges of the cushions. Piping is somewhat like a fine/small pipe that is around all the joins/ edges. It can provide a premium look and can be made in difference colours to provide a contrast. If that seems daunting you may like to know that most cushions use the same fabric on the piping as they do for the cushion.

  • STEP 3: CHOOSE YOUR FILLS

    This is a no brainer, we don’t charge extra for quick drying foam so we’d suggest you pick it. Regular foam
    tends to go mouldy if it gets wet and isn’t in the sunlight. Quick drying foam is open cell foam allows the water
    to pass through quickly.

  • STEP 4: CHOOSE YOUR TIES

    Please select whether you would like ties or not.
    Ties on sun lounge  cushions are a must as they are tend to slide around when in use  or be blown around if left in a windy location or open pool side environments. If you select to have ties the  we will install a total of 6 tie points.

  • STEP 5: MEASUREMENTS

    Pro Tip: 5 – 7cm is the most popular. If 160cm or less in length make it 5cm if over 160cm you may wish to make it 7cm.

How to measure for Sun lounge cushions

No skill is needed to measure the size of the cushion for your sun lounge, it’s simple.

  1. Measurement (A) Input the thickness you’d like the cushion
  2. Measurement (B) + (C) is the overall length
  3. Measurement (D) is the overall width at the widest point
  4. Measurement (E)  measure from where the curved section starts on the left  to where it ends on the right.
  5. Measurement (F) Is the straight section of the top section of the cushion before it starts to curve
  6. Measurement (G) Is the straight section of the base cushion  before it starts to curve.
  7. Measurement (H) measure from where the curved section starts on the left  to where it ends on the right.

 

Pro Tip: Most sun lounges are 5cm to 7cm however if you have an oversized sun lounge they can be as thick as 12cm.
