We are so thrilled with our 2 very large bench seat cushions from The Cushion Company. Right from the start the customer service team were prompt and extremely helpful. I had a number of queries and had to change the position of the ties so that they worked with our furniture. The customer service team sent me pictures of how to exactly measure the ties and the cushions. They also sent me free samples of fabric so I could match it to our decor. The cushions arrived earlier than we expected and the instructions of how to unpack and care for them were very valuable because they arrive vacuum packed. I chose The Cushion Company because of their great price, outstanding customer service. We couldn’t be happier with our cushions. We would highly recommend The Cushion Company.

I am just thrilled with my new cushions for the outdoor setting. I admit that I was anxious about measuring and ordering online, but the website made it easy and the result exceeded my expectations. Delivery encountered some obstacles outside The Cushion Company’s control, but they communicated with me at every stage and their service was excellent. When they arrived I was amazed at such a small parcel, but Pouf! Fifteen cushions sprang into shape and look fantastic in their new home. The furniture looks new again and already I can tell that they are going to withstand the weather and serve us well for a long time.

I am thrilled with my new, revamped chair cushions. The workmanship is second to none, the pattern matching is spot on and the addition of the bolster cushions added that pop of colour. Just got my cushions today. I love them! The craftsmanship is superb in every detail. I was a little worried about the colour. It's always hard when choosing something from a colour chart. Unbelievably happy with my purchase. We have a large seating area and it took me ages to find somewhere that could make custom size cushions for me, but also that wasn't ridiculously priced. From my first enquiry, the team were so helpful, sending me pictures of colours and then I got free samples of a few colours. I had lots of questions and the team were super patient. The whole ordering process was seamless and delivery was really quick. I'm absolutely obsessed and am spending all my time sitting!! The foam is super comfortable, the colour is perfect, the attention to detail is spot on. Absolutely thrilled. Thank you!
